When you register, create listings, or contact other users, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, account credentials, business name, profile picture, location (region), and any content you include in listings or messages.

b) Information Collected Automatically

When you access Dvictus, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general usage patterns. This information is collected through server logs and may be supplemented by cookies or similar technologies.

c) User-Generated Content

Any content you voluntarily submit to Dvictus including product and service listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and messages to other users is collected and stored as part of platform operations.

Marketplace Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Dvictus is a listing and discovery platform only. We provide the technology that connects buyers with sellers and clients with service providers. We do not participate in, oversee, or guarantee any transaction.

Specifically, Dvictus:

Does not process, handle, or facilitate payments of any kind
Does not act as a broker, agent, intermediary, or escrow service
Does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity of users, the accuracy of listings, or the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service listed
Important: All transactions occur directly between users at their own risk. Dvictus is not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from interactions or transactions between users. We strongly recommend exercising caution, verifying information independently, and meeting in safe, public locations when conducting in-person transactions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
